Farming Operations

Fabricated from durable Al-Mg-Zn alloy, Farmrob’s layer cages are built to

withstand harsh conditions while offering excellent resistance to corrosion and

rust. Their sturdy construction ensures a secure and comfortable environment

that promotes bird health and productivity.

Advantages:

1.The environment of a poultry house is regulated to provide optimal conditions

for the chickens’ physiology and production requirements.

2.The system incorporates automation in feeding, drinking, manure removal, and

egg collection. This significantly reduces labor requirements and thereby lowers

overall operational costs. Furthermore, the multi-layer cage design is far more

space-efficient than traditional floor raising, which leads to a higher land

utilization rate and saves on both housing construction and land costs.

3.The enclosed design of the chicken house acts as a physical barrier against

the outside environment, greatly reducing the risk of cross-contamination. This

enhanced biosecurity facilitates the prevention and control of epidemic diseases.

4.The water level sensor monitors the water pressure and supply in the pipes.

Water terminator is connected to drainage device, which it triggers to prevent

water spillage, ensuring easy and maintenance-free level control.
